It has been 2 years and two months since surgery, and wow so much has happened in my life, I guess the biggest thing is that my childrens father passed away this year in april at the age of 42 from a heart attack, I am no longer working at my job of 9 years, the stress of that and other person al issues in my life took the toll on me and my job.
  I am needing support and came back to my wonderful oh friends to help me...

 Well Its been awhile since I have updated, I am down 165 lbs, have one less body organ...(galll bladder removed) I feel great, getting ready to celebrate my 40th birthday in Gatlinburg thanks to my dear Hubby. I will try to update pictures soon.

Hello everyone,

 I am 10 mnths out, and am down 143 lbs and feeling great! I am doing very well. I had another EGD done on Saturday and everything came back normal....me normal?? LOL
   I hope to add some new pictures soon, I cant tell much change from my last pictures,but I will see what you all think.

Well its a little past 7 mnths, As of today I have lost 124, and feeling great. I am so thankful to all of my friends and support on here.

Well today was my 6mnth check up with DrShina, down 111 lbs, he said I am doing wonderful, said I am "textbook". My blood levels were so good that I wont have to take vitamin shots now...yipee. So back to see him in 3 mnths. Thanks for all of your alls support the past 6 mnths.

Today is my 5 mnth anniversary from my surgery...can you believe that? I never would have thought that a surgery could do this to someones life. I feel amazing...my energy level is out of this world. I am down 103 lbs....oh you didnt hear that? Ok I said I AM DOWN 103 lbs...yey me. 
 We went to Gatlinburg for Christmas break, and I walked and shopped and walked and shopped....and it felt amazing. 
  I bought some new uniforms that were long overdue...and I bought X-LARGE......yes!! It was as good as buying a szie 4 in my eyes. I am loving life and looking forward to the future...and Florida in April.

Well as of yesterday at 1:36 pm...I have lost 100 lbs, I was so excited I about Died. I am so happy and feel great.

Today was my 3 mnth check up with DrShina, it went fine, he said I was doing great, I got a B -12 shot, and Holly said she likes me but does not want to see me again until at least 2008...She is so nice. So I go back In February, (hopefully not sooner). Tonight was my Norton support group, I love that meeting, and am meeting so many new friends there. Until next time.

Hello friends, 

 
  Well I am home from my 3rd EGD...everything went great, he said that should be the last of it, now he wants me to have a Gall bladder ultrasound done...but we will cross that bridge when we get there,..Today is my 3 month post op...I am doing well, I have lost 24 lbs this mnth, and 11 1/2 inches this month...total is 88 lbs and 49 1/2 inches. I know I have hit some bumps in this surgery has saved my life. Talk about a WOW moment, at the hospital there was this person who asked me my weight and I told him and he said no , I mean before surgery...I told him again and he said your not serious and I was like yes I am I weighed this morning, he said well you could have fooled me...guess who this person was...My very own Dr Shina...LOL. It was great.
