I finally have posted pics of myself. This is something I was so ashamed to do in the beginning. I was so discouraged about everything about me. I made a life altering decision that would affect me for the rest of my life, with no regrets. I have gone from 318 lbs to 151lbs. I am 6 lbs of reaching my first goal. I have been blessed to have such a great support. Co-workers and friends and the love of my life. My new husband Mac. We recently got married. We are so happy.
I may not be an active poster to Obesity Help. However I do look at the site daily and appreciate everyones testimonials and questions. They have helped me thru the tough times.
