HI MELISSA, THANKS FOR YOUR WORDS OF ENCOURAGEMENT. I HAVE WAITED A LONG TIME FOR MY SURGERY DATE NOW IT'S JUST DAYS AWAY.TRYING TO STAY CALM,AND MANAGING PANIC. I READ YOUR JOURNAL PAGES AND SAW YOUR PHOTOS. I JUST WANT TO SAY YOU LOOK GREAT. FOR MYSELF I JUST WANT TO FEEL BETTER, I HAVE SLEEP APENA,HERIATED DISK IN BACK,JOINT PAIN,ETC. BUT I'M SURE THE LOOKING BETTER PART WILL BE GOOD TOO. LOL AGAIN THANK YOU MARY OSCAPINSKI
