Dear Melissa, Congratulations on your 30 days without smoking. I quit 2 years, 2 months, and 20 days ago and , although I do still occasionally miss it, I have never regretted it. I am a nurse and one of my patients told me when I first quit that a craving only lasts 7 minutes and then it goes away. Now you have to understand that this was coming from a crank addict so I was very touched by this statement. If she could get off crank I certainly could successfully quit smoking!! Only 7 minutes...We are addicts to nicotine forever, like alcoholics and can't EVER smoke again, even one drag. Good luck, my AMOS friend, I look forward to hearing about your progress.
