Well, it is now a little over 4 months since my Roux-N-Y and I am down 71 pounds.  I have my plastic surgery scheduled for April 13th to correct the damage that I have done to my face and chest areas.  Then, once I have paid off this surgery and have maintained my full weight loss for a year or so, I go back to have the final-abdominoplasty.  The big Kahuna.

I am so excited.

At 9-1/2 weeks post surgery, I am now at 58.5 pounds down!  This is so wonderful.  I have an appointment with plastic surgeon in January to see costs, possibilities of corrective surgery.  I am now on the downside of my weight loss goals!  Grand Health Partners, Dr. Foote--->  You ROCK!!!!!

Well, I am now five weeks post surgery and have lost 30 pounds.  I was kind of bummed out at such a small loss, but then I only needed to lose about 115 pounds, so I guess that 30 pounds is pretty good. It is 26% of what I'd like to lose and about 12% of my initial body weight.  Still eating just cottage cheese, yogurt, milk, protein shakes and fish.  Please no more fish! 

I have changed my protein shakes to Bariatric Fusion's products and WOW are they great.
