"I really liked Dr Hahn, but the office staff left a bit to be desired. I got calls for lost paperwork or they did not get it. I would call and get different answers to the same questions when trying to follow up with insurance submissions. Once they got it together, I was approved in a few days. They did have someone quit the office suddenly in their defense and I did my best to understand the situation. Needless to say, I am glad this portion is out of the way for now. I just hope the my lab work paperwork does not have the same issues."
