That he really does care this is not a career he is doing what he really loves to do which is help people. His staff stresses aftercare the surgery is a tool but the aftercare is where your success is. Yes a very structured aftercare program. They put it all on the table it is what is it is. But working with a experienced Dr is the key to less complications. Out of 10 a 11. Really both are important but i would say surgical competence. You can get bedside manner from nurses friends and family. Dr R has both."
