im a little frustrated today because my paperwork for my cardio and pulmonary is not in my medical file at my pcp office. i have been calling since last week about it and no one ever calls me back. i even took it upon myself to call the office where i took my stress test and asked them to fax another copy to my pcp and today i called my pcp and there is still not a copy in my file. im getting so upset these days over this. so i called back the cardio people and told them i would pick up a copy myself on friday. okay now the pulmonary i called yesterday and today to speak with the doctor because i wanted to know if i have to come in for a follow-up regarding my sleep study results and get a copy in my hands. im trying to keep to a schedule in my mind that i have already made out that will put me getting the surgery in late november. it just made me realize that i got to stay on peoples ass if i want to get things done. once everything is done and finished im looking for another pcp because they have lost my trust and confidence that they even know what the hell they are doing. all i need from them is my 5 year weight 6 month documentation and my letter of necessisty.

hello well i just returned from picking up my paperwork from the pych place. i read it before i left and sure nuff there was an error with my name it was a completely different name than mine. so they corrected it of course because i dont want to give aetna any excuse to deny my claim. they will fax the letter to my surgeon on saturday or monday because the doc wasn't there to sign the corrected letter. but i have the signed one and a copy of the corrected one for my records just in case. so nothing until my appointment with my pcp for the 5th weight check in. i also talked to the coordinator for my surgeon to clear up some questions i had and as it stands im going to make an early appointment in november for like the 9th or something which will be my 6th and final weigh-in ask the pcp for the letter of necessity, copies of my 6 month supervised diet, copies of the last 5 years weight and turn that in with my blood work and nutritian. 1. blood work(done) 2. nutrition(done) 3. pych eval(done) 4. 5 years of weight(done) 5. 6 month diet(almost finished) 6. letter of necessity

well hello i just received word that my pych eval went okay guess im not crazy lol. i have to pick up the paperwork on the 19th and fax it to the surgeons office so mary can see some progress. i have been worried though that the rest of my testing hasnt gotten to my pcp like if they didnt request the results. but i guess truth will tell on the 26th which is my 5 month weigh in. i just want everything to go smooth.
