Well, I'm home. Thanks to everyone who sent their prayers and support. It really meant so much to me. Extra special thanks to Eala Clarke, my angel, for all the love, support and advice. You are the best, girl!

Hi again, Eala here... I spoke with Mike again today (Mo's husband) at the hospital. Mo is still doing well physically and recovering well, except for one setback. She's really, really nauseous. Extremely. I could actually hear her trying to be sick through the phone. Even ice chips are making her feel nauseous. As Mike and I talked, he told me that Mo's sinuses were draining and we thought that might be the cause of the nausea. So he was going to talk to the nurse to see if she couldn't get some anti-allergy medication that might help the situation. She's got to be able to eat before they'll let her leave the hospital, so please keep Mo and Mike in your thoughts and prayers. Though Sunday will be the fourth and usual day patients get to go home with our practice, they are talking about having to possibly keep her longer. She and Mike are looking forward to getting home; who could blame them! I'm hoping to check in with her tomorrow; let's hope she's feeling a little better! Blessings, Eala

Hi Everyone--Mo's angel checking in! I have tried for the last two days to sign on to this site and post an update, but to no avail. I don't know if you all experienced the same kind of problems, but it was really frustrating! With that said, Mo's surgery was this past Thursday morning. I spoke with her husband Mike at the hospital later in the day, and she did GREAT! Dr. Miller said it was all "by the book", meaning everything went as well as it could, with no complications. Mo was in surgery for two hours, in recovery for an hour, and had already been sitting up by the time I called the hospital Thursday night. She was pretty determined to get up and walk that night too--I say "good for her"! Mike said he felt she was recovering well and quickly. I know we're all glad to hear that. I'll be calling her later today and will post another update either today or tomorrow. Blessings! Eala Clarke
