I verified with Anthem that Dr Q is a participating provider, all I will be responsible for is my copays. I met with Dr Q on 9/16, he is a very serious man, he checked me out and then we talked in his office. He makes sure it's you that wants to have the surgery not your family, he also makes sure that you know the risks. Not rushed at all, asked me several times did I have anymore questions.."
