My name is Jacqueline i am a 36 yr old female from ohio and married and have two boys ! i am here because i am so badly wanting to get the lapband surgery done but for some reaosn things keep getting in the way of me doing this ! Right now my biggest problem is transportation getting to and from where i need to go ! It is hard to get people to take you to your appts and i do drive but i get freaked out in more buisier towns so i don't drive them to oftend ! Anyway hopefully something will work out and i will get myself healthy and where i need to be !
