"I had a very good first impression of Dr. Birkett. He is funny, yet to the point. He spent well over 45 minutes with me during my first consultation. Also, he answered ALL of my questions. My impression of Dr. Birkett has pretty much stayed the same. His staff is awesome. They are always very helpful over the phone, and his assitant Debbie is the best! I do wish that he was more Internet/Technology informed. He doesn't have a web site nor does he use e-mail. I think this can be very benefical to surgeons. He really emphasizes aftercare. He told me numerous times the importance of aftercare. He expects his patients to follow a structure aftercare program. He informed me of all the negative/positive aspects of surgery. Dr. Birkett gave me his statistical success rate as well as unsuccessful. Overall, I would give Dr. Birkett a high rating. I will tell you more about him after surgery."
