"I was across from nurses desk - very bad the first 2 nights - very loud! The 3rd night much better. Aids should learn better techniques of lifting patients out of bed, tending to just pull on your arm. However I will give nurses excellent rating, couldn't ask for better, had some issues and they were always on top of it."
