90 lbs. down. I hoping to have another 10 lbs off by the end of May. I'm having a hard staying in the clothes I just bought. MAN, this is getting expensive!!! I'm not complaining though.

Im down 61 lbs. Yea!!!!!! The weight loss just amazes me. I feel like Im melting. My lose skin is another thing. Not to happy with the way that has been looking. Oh well, I think I'll pay the price to be thin and healthy.

I cant believe its been a month since my last post. Im down 41 lbs and Im feeling so good. Excersizing makes all the difference. I absolutely love going to the gym. I think Im addicted.

I joined a Gym today!!!! I can hardly believe it. I felt a little uncomfortable when I first went in, but then I realized that Im not there to impress anyone. I just want to be healthy. I had a really good workout. I didn't kill myself but worked up a nice sweat. Thanks to a good friend at work and here at OH, I finally got up the courage to walk into that gym and just be me. Thanks S.HARE!!!!!!

Ya know, everyone kept telling me "dont get on the scale everyday" and what do I do? I get on the scale everyday. Before I took my shower the scale said 265.5, after I got out of the shower it read 272.5. I told my husband to hide the scale!!!!! Im just driving myself crazy with it. I've decided to only weigh myself once a month. This way, I'll really have a reason to celebrate, or get down on myself. I think I really need to STOP with the ultra high expectations!!!

Nov 2, 2006- Im Home!!!!! Im feeling pretty good, just taking it day by day. I was discharged a day early. They said i was doing really well. Thank the Lord!!!!
