HELP!!

Okay so Im 11 months out and have been stalled for almost three months...I dont know what to do, and I feel like the clock is ticking. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to jump start the weight loss again??

Well I finally had the surgery. It almost seems surreal. I have been working up to this for two years. Two years of prayer and research and now I am on the other side of it...Hallelujah!! =o)
It all was easier than I think I expected in the hospital. I had no nausea, not a lot of pain...the nurses and my surgeon were amazing. The whole procedure took about 1 1/2 hours. I came home after two nights in the hospital. I think the first night home was worse...just because I didn't have the comfort of nurses near that knew what they were doing. Before I left they found out that my potassium was low, so my doctor added that on to my list of vitamins and supplements to take.
A couple things that I didn't really think about prior to the surgery was just the general discomfort and dealing with all the painful gas pain. To my understanding they fill your abdomen with air in order to perform the surgery. It is very painful...and the pain medication I was taking for the pain made me constipated which increased my abdominal pain and discomfort. Nothing a little milk of magnesia didn't cure and I was feeling much better about a day later. Now five days out, I am still trying to take it easy, keep up with my little walking regiment and staying on what seems like my eternal quest to find a protein powder I like.
All in all I wouldn't change a thing. I am so blessed that God allows second chances and he gifts men with incredible skill and talents that enable others the opportunity for the journey of a happier healthier life.
P.S. To date according to my scale I am down 14 lbs...but the official number will come in when I go for my one week check up. I will keep you all informed.
