Please explain - When a product is labeled sugar free but has sugar alchols isn't that the same thing?? and won't it have the same results?

gas - I see that quite a few people have problems with gas. Well I have that problem now so I figure that after wls I will be sounding and looking like i am deflating!! LOL!
