3 1/2 weeks out 22 lbs lost

Here I am, 3 1/2 weeks out, I have lots 22 lbs. I've been very blessed as I have not had any complications prior or post surgery.So far, I'm not really hungry, but I'm getting used to the 3 meals a day with 2 protein shake snacks in between meals, =). I'm also working out one hr at the gym 3-4 times a week and the remaining days I go for at least 8 blocks walk.
I wish I had already lost the remaining 75 lbs I want to lose, but I'm learning to be patient, and I realize it didn't take me only 3 1/2 weeks to gain all the weight so it's better to have a steady but healthy weight loss.
I have posted a few pics I just took this week.. I;m planning on blogging my progress on a monthly basis.
It will be interesting to read these blogs as time goes by and I'm getting closer to my goal :)
