Northwestern Memorial Hospital

"Surgery was planned at 730am and I was not held back got in right away, the less fortunate is that there was not a room available after recovery and i had to stay in recovery area for over 6 hours that I could have been in a room. My family was only allowed to visit 2 at a time for a few minutes and only every 2 hours. My mother had to leave and they would not let her come back to say goodbye before she left because it had not been 2 hours since the last visit. That was VERY upsetting."

Alexander P. Nagle

"I had my surgery consult today. Dr. Nagle was wonderful. The office was very cheerful and plesant. Everyone that I spoke with on the staff had a smile on theor face and were very nice. I had many questions for Dr. Nagle which he was very pleased to answer. He gave me the breakdown on what will happen during the procedure and after. He explained the risks of the surgery and advised that I was at a low risk. I was so excited to finally meet him after all the great things I heard about him from this site. For those of you that are considering him as your surgeon..nothing but good things are said about him and I am adding to that list. He seemed very confident and had one of the best bedside manners that I have seen. He answered my questions thoroughly about the concerns that I had regarding this surgery."
