My original sleeve surgeon does NOT do the DS. When I call doctors in my state, they always say they wont do a revision to DS if you have had the sleeve done by a different surgeon in the same state, regardless if the original surgeon does DS

So I have been reading a lot about going from VSG to either bypass or DS. Can anyone tell me why they would not go to a bypass from a VSG? It's impossible to find a doc to do a DS in my area or anywhere near. Thanks!
