I wish you an uneventful surgery and a speedy recovery. Having WLS is a big step in the right direction.

Although when you wake up from surgery you may be saying, "What the hell did I do"?

I guarantee once the pain and the newness wears off and you become better adjusted, you like me and millions of others, will be saying it is the best thing you have ever done.

It gets better everyday. You will not be perfect as no one is, but with all of us here at AMOS to support you I have no worries that you will be a success story.

I pray that your journey is filled with self-awareness and enlightenment. God Bless.

P.S. I am on pins and needles just like you. I am down to goal weight and am having the rest of my reconstructive surgery on the same day as your WLS. I had TT and inner thigh lift 8/13/03 and will have arm lift, breast lift, and hip and buttock lift on the 29th. My insurance paid for it all. I am truly blessed and know that miracles really do happen. Good Luck.

I wish you enough sun to keep your attitude bright. I wish you enough rain to appreciate the sun more. I wish you enough happiness to keep your spirit alive. I wish you enough pain so that the smallest joys in life appear much bigger. I wish you enough gain to satisfy your wanting. I wish you enough loss to appreciate all that you possess. I wish you a speedy recovery and a welcome to the losing side Peggy
