Down another 10!

So, I went in for my EGD yesterday with Srikanth and, the first thing I did was ask to get on the scale.  For the first time in many years, I'm under 400 lbs.  I'm at 391, specifically.  Pretty damned awesome.  When Srikanth found out, he was very pleased and told me to keep it up.  My EGD went swimmingly and I don't remember a thing. Milestones upon milestones is how a road gets built.
