My journey starts.....

 first I want to thank Trish for giving me this website. I have been down to Hamilton Ontario to the Bariatric Clinic and am awaiting the Optifast Program to start. Its a 6 month program to bring My BMI down in order to be able to Have bypass surgery safer. 3 months of Shakes and then 3 months of introducing food back into my diet. Its gonna be hard but I have to do it. 

More about me....I am a 41yr old Mom of 2 wonderful kids. Chloe whom is 5 This year and Evan who is turning three next Sunday the 25 of April...beside for me they are the driving reason for going ahead with this Surgery. My Husband is a very close Third..lol. We have been married for 6 years this year and been together for 11.
