Hello AMOS Family well it has been 4 months since the Lap-RNY and today I have lost a total of 66 pounds since I started my Weight Loss Surgery journey. People are really starting to notice the difference. I even changed my hair color back to the original brunette that I was. My husband thinks I look younger and better as a brunette. So much for blondes having more fun. Good luck to all on their journey. Mary Loudon

Good Morning AMOS family. My brother has made it to the losing side. Sorry I haven't updated on his condition but with working days and then visiting him at the hospital and a family to take care of the computer was the last thing on the list of things to do. So Tom is doing well he had his surgery on Wednesday July 28. He was supposed to be released from the hospital on Friday but when Dr. Adaniel tried to remove his drain he was unable to, so Tom got another night stay at Southside. When I visited him last night he was in good spirits and walking around. He was completely off his IV and pain killers. Tom should be going home today. I am giving him my surplus supply of sugar free jello and pudding. Right now I never want jello or pudding again. Today I weighed my self again and since I started this journey I have lost 51 pounds. Unofficial angel with good news my brother Tom has made it to the other side. He is a loser now. His lap rny was today. My mother just called from the hospital and he is in ICU for the night and resting. She said his color was good but that he was in alot of pain. I'll be seeing him tomorrow. Hi AMOS family. I forgot to post and update earlier. I went to see Dr. Adaniel for my 2 month 6 day visit yesterday and according to the office scale I lost 46 lbs. since I started in April. According to my scale at home I have lost 50 lbs. I think I will go by my scale since I weigh myself in the morning.

Mary, I am so happy to year that your recovery is going so well. You have done terrific with the weight loss. Please keep up the great work. Also, I want to say how sorry I am that you lost your best friend Michelle. I will keep you and Michelle's family in my prayers. God bless you always.
