Marlene, had my surgery 9/01 and I can SO hook in to your post today. I find myself doing exactly the same things and want to "get back" on track and lose the last 17pounds to at least get to my surgeons goal. So I'm sending you a huge note of encouragement. There are LOTS of us in the same boat. . . Today's a new day and since we can only live'em one-at-a-time lets hang in there TOGETHER!!! I'll be thinking of you =)

Hello everyone. Wow I can't believe how long it's been. I just wanted to wish everyone I very Merry Christmas and a wonderful New Year. I am doing good. I am 16 months post-op and have lost 133 pounds. I am down to 155 now. I can't belive it though because of the way I am eating lately. I really really haven't been watching anything. I know it's only going to kick me in the but in the long run, but, that's just how it's been. I know I really need to start back doing things right. I still want to lose at least another 20-25 pounds. I keep using the excuse that it's so so hard with work and all, but I know I need to get my life back on track with my weight loss and exercising and eatin right. I have fallen into old habits and I don't like it. Anyway, I just wanted to check in and say hi and I'm still here. My best to you all in every part of your journey. Anyone that has any ideas for me or just a swift kick in the but, please feel free to let me know. Take care all and Happy Holidays!!
