Got my patient information session

Start my journey on March 10, 2016 with a request to my family MD to be referred to the bariatric clinic.  Received my paperwork March 22, 2016 and have my meeting April 1, 2016 at Humber River regional hospital.  I'm excited and nervous at the same time.  I can not wait to start this journey.  Please provide any help tips as I start this road.
