St. Francis Hospital

"I was impressed with the nursing staff on the 5th floor, they were very accomodating and nice to me. They were even nice when I was grouchy and in pain right after waking up from surgery."

Carlyle Dunshee II

"I first met Dr. Dunshee at an informational meeting last December at St.Francis Health Center. My first impression of him was that he looked so young. When I had my first appointment with him the following January, I thought he seemed a little shy. But, during our second meeting he was much more relaxed and took more time with me to discuss the surgery and answered the questions I had. The office staff are absolutely wonderful, the nurses and the receptionist were very friendly and encouraging to me. His coordinator was one of his patients and she is so sweet. She has first hand experience, so you really feel at ease in asking her questions. Overall, I've had a really good experience so far. Personally, I think bedside manner and surgical expertise are equally inportant, because you are relying on their skills to keep you alive. Plus, if the doctor has good bedside you are more likely to report any problems or pains you may have. I would refer anyone to Dr. Dunshee, because he's really professional yet, still approachable."

Kurt Guindon

"I was a little disappointed, because he kinda slow at returning my psych. eval. to my surgeon. I had to make several calls to make sure all the paperwork that was needed was sent to my surgeon."
