Well, hmm.
Jun 09, 2010
I keep hearing/reading all these people saying how they're just not hungry after their bypass and how they have to force themselves to eat or drink. Well, I AM hungry. I think a lot of it comes from not feeling satisfied with a liquid diet, but there has not been a magical "not hungry" phase for me so far. I am almost 2 weeks out. I go back to work full time tomorrow, and I can't sleep at 3:30 am. My incisions/abdomen is still sore and my back is killing me because I haven't taken my Celebrex for 2 days. Yes, the thought has crossed my mind "I wish I hadn't done this". Also I am thinking that eating was one of the joys in my life. Now that joy is gone. I am confident that these feelings will change as time goes by. Also I don't think my antidepressant is working very well these days; I don't believe I am absorbing them and they are going through me whole. Will have to ask Dr about this issue.Well, here's hoping I can go back to sleep........ zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
