I had a great weekend. I still do not own a scale. I am going to buy one maybe today. I feel good. Need to exercise more. Well i gotta go.

Well, I went to my frist followup appointment today. I lost 16 pounds. I guess that is good. I am having neck pain. but I am ok. It is going to get better. I know it will.
