weighed in at 203 this morning. i am just starting back to lose again. i have been running on my treadmill and trying really hard to cut out alot of the carbs that i was eating. i also have been trying to drink a protein shake in the morning as my breakfast and i think these small changes is helping me get back on the loosing side. my doctor says that he thinks at m y one year that i will be at 180 i want to be lower than that. i really want a good looking body for summer....
