I am two months 10days out I am weighing 325. lbs down 20lbs I am happy but with I was losing more this is a very slow process I am learning to be patient my mom is a acholic and she lives with me I dont mind because I love my mom but I know I am caring her in my issues. Today a wise girl told me there are so many things in life you have no control over but the one thing I do have control over is my choice of what I eat Today I truley want to take control because I cant control mom but I can chose differant actions for my self

Hello OB Fam I am day three banded I have went to the bath room and passed gas. My dr called and checked on me he told me I have a hernia and my healing process might take a little longer

The pre op diet has been very hard for me ! My husband has helped me so much. I can see how my syestenm has gotten so use to drinking only! It is hard I have kids so I still need to prepare foods for them. 2 days left until surguery!

Day 2 of the Pre Op diet today I became very week I was told broths clear liquid and protein shakes I can't wait until my body adjust to this.

Today should be a happy day I was given my surgery date today. 08\10\11/ I am having mixed emotions. I am having surgery with the bridges center in AZ , Phoenix I really need some local help with this I have so many questions of what ifs I am having tons of Emotions . My weight starting Pre Op is 341lbs I am to ashamed to take a photo.

I have my next Dr appt Next week I am not excited my insurance requires a eight week of seeing the Nutrionest I have been doing weight watchers as well.

I HAVE  decided that I want to have lapband and it seems like everything is against me
