I went to the doctor yesterday and so far lose 20% of my body weight gone forever! The doctor said I was doing good, but I only lost another 4lbs!..... I thought it would have been more. Plus I guess it's that time too. He said I need to get more protein in too. Do anyone know how i can do this? I'm eating a boiled egg in the am and either tuna or chicken for lunch and dinner I can't think of nothing else to consume. Well if anybody have any suggesting, can you please let me know.... I greatly appreciate it!!
