HOPING TO HAVE SURGERY AGAIN!

Well i thought i would start  blogging again. Let me remind everyone what happened to me. I was scheduled for surgery 8/19/08 and on 8/16/08 i fell outside my home and dislocated my right shoulder which is my dominant arm. I had to be taken to the OR to have it reset. It was the most agonizingly painful thing i have ever been thru. I remember being drugged in the Or and thinking this can not be happening to me. I spent the night in the hospital and called my surgeon on monday, they informed me that there would be no way i could recover from surgery and have my dominant arm in a sling for 3-4 weeks of my recovery. I was devestated needless to say. It has been a struggle since,it is now january 2009 and it has taken me all this time to finally feel like my shoulder is better enough for me to pursue the surgery again. The plus is that i called my surgeons office and he said i would just need to have my history and physical updated and some lab work possibly and then they will resubmit to insurance. I really don't want to tell anyone that i am trying this again, it almost seems like if i tell anyone something bad will happen again,. I have to go to the dr's 2/5/09 so i'll update again then.
