I have always struggled with my weight.  The real turning point though was when I quit smoking in 1992.  Since then I have put on an additional 100 lbs.  I have tried so many ways to lose this weight.  Can't tell you how many times I've joined Weight Watchers.  It's true about losing and then gaining back even more.  I've done the low carb.  I've done Jenny Craig.  It would be good for a while and then just come back.

This is kind of my last ditch effort.  I am DETERMINED once and for all to lose this albatross that I carry.
