6 months notes to myself
May 10, 2012
Before bed I just wanted to make a quick note to document this day. I had my 6mth follow with my surgeon. The visit was great and she was very excited and so proud of my accomplishments thus far. She took a risk with me and I appreciate the extra time and care she and the weight management team has given.
I completed my 1st 5 K
I can walk 5 miles at a time.
I set weekly walking challenge of 10 miles per week.
I have a personal trainer
I go to the gym and or go for walks almost daily.
NSV are too numerous but none the less powerful.
It feels really good and I am so very thankful and blessed to have the love and support of so many.
I am so lucky and blessed....Thank you Father for my journey and the Faith to see it thru!!!
LaDonna girl you rock!!
