Well, I'm at about 298 at the moment. Not doing anything drasitc, like last time. Just working out, a little, now. Want to increase as I go. Eating less. No fast food. Taking my lunches to work with me. Usually something like tuna with cucumber slices or salad or turkey on whole wheat. No more burgers, no more fried chicken. No more french fries. Drinking a lot of water. Walking also. Went walking with my daughter yesterday morning. Will get her up again this morning for a walk. lol
