wow time goes so fast. I have lost 4 more lbs. So a total of 68 lbs. 332 is what I weighed today.  Still no response from the Pastors. Praise the Lord. Planting garden today.

5 more lbs. Praise the Lord.  Had a rough day Thursday.  Pastors talked to us about being married again.  People are looking at us and questioning us. We are in a hard spot.  And it hurts.  God I pray your will be done.  Thank You for Your blessings.   This is week one of the third month.

weight loss lest I forget

The first month I lost 40 lbs.  I don't remember the break down exactly other then one week I lost 20 lbs.  In the last three weeks I have lost 14 lbs.  Three weeks ago I lost 5.5# the next week, 4.5# and last week I lost 4. So a total of 54 #'s.  Doing well.  Trying to get caught up with all.  Thursday, was the end of week 6, and Saturday is weigh day...so new weight tomorrow.

1st day out

First day out after surgery. Went for a drive in our new van, was great.  Then went for another drive to see garden fences for ideas.  Was a great time.

13 Days Post-op

I am an old newbie.  I guess I joined a few years back. I just never did anything here. Now I am finding I do need to not go it alone. I am still learning how to do all this.  It is a bit confusing.  Monday I really messed up. I just wanted some flavor for my food. So my caregiver made me some scrambled eggs. I also asked for a piece of an English muffin. So I ate some of both.  It went down very good.  But my system did not like it. Seven hours later I was still hurting and started dry heaves.  I did not eat anything Tuesday until about five o'clock.  It did taste good to eat. I ate pudding with protein in it.  Then had some chicken protein soup.  Today am looking forward to some refried beans and salsa and I think some chicken protein.  Will be good pureed.
