"Dr. Way is very professional and courteous. He seems very no-nonsence, but I rather like that in a man who is going to be cutting me open.
His office staff is absolutely wonderly, especially Rhonda!!! She makes me feel like my sister is walking me through this. She really has made this whole procedure so simple and stress-free.
Dr. Way really emphasizes aftercare quite a lot. The support group meetings are mandatory and he's pretty up front about the fact that, without aftercare, you could end up in real trouble physically.
He was very upfront about the risks of the surgery, making it clear that this is not a surgery to be entered into lightly. I really appreciate that he hasn't tried to sugar-coat it for me, so I know going into it what all the possible risks are.
I would give him a 10/10 so far. Of course, I haven't had the surgery yet, so I'll be able to back that up better later on."
