Here I am 3 years post surgery.  I hate to say it, but it is the worst thing that I have ever done.  Since, the surgery, my blood sugar drops dramatically.  I collapsed in Walmart.  To keep my blood sugar up, I  have to eat every 2 hours.  I have gained 20 pounds back.  I am so dissappointed.  My doc, didn't inform me that I could have blood sugar issues, if I HAD the surgery. Would appreciate all advice.

November 18 is my surgery date!!! I can't believe its almost here. "My new beginning"

NOVEMBER 18, IS MY SURGERY DATE. "MY NEW BEGINNING"

I HAVE MY FIRST CONSULTATION WITH DR. HORNBOSTEL NEXT WEDNESDAY!!!  I AM SO EXCITED! 

Had a slight emergency last Sunday and was unable to attend Dr. Hornbostel's seminar.  I don't think I could have been any more disappointed than I was that day.  So...........come "hell or high water", I'm going next month.

I have already talked with my physicians and they all agree that I am a good candidate for the gastric bypass surgery.  On July 6th, I will attend Dr. Hornbostel's seminar at the hospital.  I can't wait to get the ball rolling.
