Jupiter Medical Center

"All rooms at this hospital are private, which is nice. There is a special Bariatric unit for WLS patients. Dr. Vaughan's cooridinators have an office on this wing which was nice when you had questions the nurses couldn't help you with. They have Bariatric gowns, beds and wheelchairs, which made me feel lots more comfy. There was room for my mom to stay there with me which was nice."

Jefferson Vaughan

"I met Dr. Vaughan for the first time at one of his lectures. He seems very nice, has a sense of humor and genuinely cares about his patients. He is very knowledgable, he even teaches other doctors how to do Lap procedures. Carol (his assistant?) is also very nice, takes the time to explain various things to you, very friendly. I would recommend going to one of his lectures to anyone! It was very informative, and he told it like it is, which I don't find very often in Doctors. I'll let you know more after my surgery! :) I will say one very important thing, his office staff is always available and helpful, which makes this process much easier. ----- I'm post-op now and just wanted to add that Dr. Vaughan has a great bedside manner, he really cares about his patients and I felt great under his care. He checked on me atleast twice a day when I was in the hospital and when there was a problem at night (I broke out from one of the meds) he was available without delay. I love him and the work he does for "us"!!! I don't have anything negative to say about him or his staff. They're great!"
