I am now 7 months out and weight id now 203 that is 120 lost in 7 months. I am so losing weight but the inches are coming of slow ugggg. I have been swimming and walking so maybe it is the problem for now. I have lost every week so far and thats good but this week I am very sick with a sinus infection that is killing me

Ok Monday I will be 4 weeks post op and I had to try just one tiny little shortbread cookie after baking all day this was a few days back and thanks to my support on another channel I figured out why that day I was so hungry and had not felt hungry since surgery. THE SIMPLE CARBS DUHHHHH.. Ok it all makes sense now and to say once the cookie was out of my system I am back to no longer being hungry. What a wake up call

I am 3 weeks post op as of Monday and I lost only 1.1 lbs this week. I was a little upset about that cause it was my own fault for not walking all week and laying down most of it being lazy. uggg I will do better next time thats for sure
