Hello!  I am happy to be here and back on track!  I deviated a bit from my journey with the help of some bad advice from a primary care physician who had no clue about what I needed.  This came about during a career and insurance change.  My husband just retired from the military and we could not find a bariatric surgeon that took our insurance or would consult with me because I had my surgery in Frankfurt Germany. 

I am back to a bariatric surgeon after gaining twenty pounds, but meeting with a nutritionist next week, support group on Tuesday night and logging all my protein and vitamins.  I am in it to hit my GOAL!!!  I know I can do this! 

I need any support you all can lend!
