I HAVE BEEN HAVING ISSUES MOVING MY BOWELS .. ITS BEEN 4 DAYS AND THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE AFTER THE SURGERY... NEVER HAD THIS ISSUE BEFORE SURGERY... HAS THIS HAPPENED TO ANYONE ELSE ... I HAD THE GASTRIC BYPASS ON JAN 6 2014 .. WHAT COULD I DO AND SHOULD I TELL MY DOCTOR ?

I lost 32 lbs in 2 weeks... everything is fine 

I lost 20 lbs.. I bought a new Harley Davison shot glass for my meal size portion control ..lol   

liquid Centrum multi vitamin...  $ 8.67 at Walmart , and it taste good... citrus flavor 

I bought 3 different flavors protein shots @ Walmart for 2.68 each.. WATERMELON, ACAI BERRY, & BLUE RASPBERRY.. I tried the watermelon first and it's pretty good, actually filled me up a few sips , I cooked bake cheese & mac with bacon on top for my family tonight.. all is well and I'm staying focused .. i don't miss it.. I'm surround by skinny people they can eat them kind of meals...

I got a electric cigarette haven't tried it yet... anyone ever try them.. do they help and should i use it while wearing patches 

I will never forget the caffeine withdrawals that i had while in the hospital .. it was the worst experience I have ever had.. more pain than the bypass surgery 4 real.. 4 days of migraine headache, dizzy and couldn't stand up without my head throbbing and i was on morphine from the surgery and the migraines wouldn't go away ... RN said that caffeine withdrawals are the worst... if caffeine does that, what is it doing while using

DAY 5 AFTER SURGERY AND IM NOT SURE ON HOW MUCH OF 1 POPSICLE SHOULD I EAT.. COULD ANYONE HELP

I am drinking 2 TBS of protein every 15 minutes, after i drink 2 TBS I am stuffed like i ate a full turkey dinner.. its unbelievable  

They are trying to get my blood pressure under control i guess... its keeps going up and down .. 164/118 ain't good they gave me meds to get it down.. hope it gets better.. I am pretty much out of it they have me on morphine
