I wanted to write a bit to tell you a little about me and my story for those interested. My name is Brandi and I am and always have been addicted to food! I never recall being under a size 14. I have always had to shop in the bigger section. As a child I was always the big kid. Becoming a teenager it was always tough on me because I was picked on for being the big girl of our grade... Mainly boys made fun of me. It is tough being a kid these days! I got pregnant with my first son at age 18 in 1998 and delivered at 19 weighing a whopping 306! I never lost that weight I kept growing from there! Got pregnant with my second son in 2009 at age 28 delivered at 29 weighing 358! whoooo before I knew it i was 399 lbs!!! January 2015 I lost my precious amazing mother. I do blame her death mainly on obesity. She never had heart troubles and they said she had a massive heart attack. I am positive her weight played a big factor in this. I immediatly started looking for ways to be able to have the Gastric Sleeve. I remember a sweet lady telling me her story and using Dr A. I started looking into it and got to know Susan well and I never felt so comfortable in my life!! I was welcomed with open arms! Long story Short Dr A saved my life in more ways than one!! I am forever greatful for him and all of his amazing team!!! It works how it does bc they all work so well together as a team!! I AM BLESSED TO CALL MYSELF HIS PATIENT!!!
