long time no see

well it has been way to long since i have logged onto this site, but its time for me to get back on the program. i had my VSG june 2011, and had some good success initially. i im 16 months out, and have yet to crack the 100lb mark. all my fault, i rode the roller coaster thru the honeymoon phase when the weight comes off with no effort at all. now im having to work for it, and i have been at a plataue for about 5 months now. i need to do some serious rededication to myself.
