Hi everyone. 
This blogging is all new to me, but I am willing to give it a try. I am new here, and six months post op. This is the best thing I have ever done for myself, and wish I had looked into this sooner.
I am inviting anyone to join my friends list, as it is the support that helps make us successful, and I need help to lose at least 80 to 100 more pounds.
Any tips or hints are appreciated, and I look forward to meeting all of you.
