"I had my presurgery consult with Dr Stegemann on 12/22/03. I find him to be a very caring, compassionate Doctor. Since my surgery will be over the New Years holiday I asked him if he would be "away". He said he has a hard time "letting go" so if anything unusual came up the other surgeons in the group knew to call him. I found this to be very comforting knowing he would be there if need be. As far as his skill is concerned...I have total confidence in him. He answered all my questions with straight answers. He and his group have a wonderful aftercare program and want to keep up with their patients on a long term basis. I feel I am very lucky to have been able to have my surgery with Dr Stegemann. "
