so I'm almost 3 weeks out and I'm having a hard time listening to my bodies triggers when I'm hungry thirsty or full. I have a protein shake or small meal for breakfast and same for lunch and dinner I will have a small snack during the day and I am drinking lot of water . I just don't know when I'm full or when I'm hungry !?? Will this get easier in addition I haven't lost any weight in 3 days I'm at a stall so early after surgery it's just all very confusing ...
