"Dr. Rumsey seems to be a very confident and caring doctor. He explained everything very thoroughly and even drew diagrams. Before my journey started and i researched a few doctors on this site, i had my mind set on one, but after my orientation at Pacific Bariatric, i was happy with two of the doctors. Then when they told me that Dr. Rumsey was the first doctor who would be able to see me, i accepted. He was a very warm and gentle man and i couldn't have felt more comfortable with my decision after meeting with him! The staff has always been polite, friendly and extremely helpful. "
