surgery is coming up

i am having gastric bypass september 14th 2015 i am really freaking out because i wanted the sleeve they said i couldnt because i have bad acid reflux the reg gastric bypass scares me so much they re wire all you insides i am so scared about something going wrong i am a single mom of two boys one special needs and one a teenager my family is really not helping very much with this process and i dont even know if i will have anyone to help me after surgery i have started the liver shrinking diet today i am miserable starving only getting 500 calories a day untill surgery  sorry everyone had to vent lol
