It has now been a month and five days,and total loss is 50 pounds!!!!
I can't believe I am doing this! This surgery is the best tool for weight loss-I have never been able to do this before.Gotta keep it going!

My surgery is over!!!
I am two and a half weeks out and have lost 30 pounds!!!!!! I have been having some problems with constipation,but I think the worst is over for now. Now I have to get back on track with my protein and more exercise! I don't have to go back to the doc until the middle of April,and I want to be able to wow him! I'm gonna do it! I have to think positive!

January 2006 - Before Surgery

Well,I had a vena cava filter put in-it was no big deal-and I had an endoscope-again,no big deal.
Now, an apointment with Dr.Iqbal on the 17th,and then my surgery on the 23rd!I have been watching what I eat, trying protein drinks and trying to exercise at least a li ttle bit!
Here we go! Well,Monday's the big day! Can you say nervous? How about excited? Even happy applies!
Can't wait-this is gonna be good! Think good thoughts everyone!
